Each day flows with intention, balancing practice and rest:

Quiet Hours
To ensure a comfortable and restful stay for everyone, quiet hours are observed in all sleeping areas from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM.

All meals are included, three daily meals thoughtfully prepared by a private chef.

Begin the day with stillness, breath, and gentle awareness. Drawing from contemplative and embodied practices, these morning sessions offer a soft and grounding space to arrive in the body, quiet the mind, and meet the day with clarity and presence.

A gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect with the living world. Through mindful walking, sensory awareness, and moments of silence, Pamela guides participants into a deeper relationship with the forests, plants, and rhythms of Valada Viva. This session encourages presence, wonder, and a renewed sense of belonging within nature.

A welcoming space to arrive fully into the retreat and into community. Through guided conversation, listening practices, and gentle reflection, participants are invited to meet one another with curiosity, set personal intentions, and begin cultivating a sense of trust, presence, and belonging.

Slow down, open the senses, and deepen your relationship with the natural world. Through mindful presence and sensory exploration, this session offers an invitation to experience the forest in a new way.

What does it mean to be in a relationship with something greater than ourselves? In this reflective and experiential session, Hadar invites participants to explore personal connection to Spirit, Source, or inner wisdom through contemplation, dialogue, and embodied awareness.

Explore the connection between breath, sound, voice, and movement. Through guided practices, participants are invited to listen to the body, awaken the voice, and explore movement with greater freedom and curiosity. No previous experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

A playful and intuitive space for creative exploration, spontaneity, and expression. Through movement, breath, writing, and shared exploration, participants are invited to loosen habitual patterns, follow their curiosity, and discover new ways of expressing themselves.

An exploration of the Sufi path as a living practice of presence, compassion, and remembrance. Through simple teachings, meditation, and experiential practices inspired by the qualities of water, participants are invited to connect with the heart and cultivate greater openness, fluidity, and inner harmony.

How do body and spirit communicate? Through guided movement, reflection, and embodied exploration, participants are invited to notice the emotions, memories, and wisdom that live within the body and deepen their connection to themselves and the sacred.

An interactive session designed to awaken playfulness, connection, and creative risk-taking. Drop the critic and reconnect with your playful, joyful self! Through simple group exercises and shared exploration, participants are invited to loosen habitual patterns, engage with others in new ways, and experience the joy of collective creativity.

An accessible exploration of the contemplative teachings of Kabbalah. Through meditation, reflection, and gentle inquiry, participants are invited to cultivate inner listening and explore different ways of receiving wisdom. No prior knowledge of Kabbalah is required.

A gentle pause to integrate the day’s experiences. Through facilitated reflection and attentive listening, participants are invited to notice what is emerging, what is shifting, and what they wish to carry forward.

An optional space for participants to share insights, creative expressions, questions, or reflections that have emerged during the retreat. Sharing a poem, journal entry, movement improvisation, or story, and being witnessed in a supportive space, can offer release, clarity, and momentum.

A sacred evening dedicated to rest, beauty, nourishment, and community. Through ritual, shared food, music, and presence, we create space to step away from the pressures of doing and return to the experience of simply being.
