Debórah Eliezer (She/Her)

is an Arab Jewish artist, voiceover, theatermaker and cultural advocate with over 30 years of professional experience in the performing arts. Passionate about the power of human transformation, she teaches embodied voice and movement skills for making art and living  life that explore our relationship to presence and intuition for greater embodied liberation. Through the cultivation of curiosity, energy, and creative play, Debórah’s sessions gently guide participants to connect with joy, authenticity and creativity.


Debórah is the Artistic Director of Aviva Arts, an Associate Artist with Golden Thread, a Mitsui Collective Somatic Leadership Fellow, artEquity arts facilitator alumna, and has proudly served on the inaugural MENATMA board since 2019. Eliezer has devised numerous world premiere plays and toured internationally, including writing and performing (dis)Place[d] about Iraqi Jews, and the interdisciplinary experience, Burning Wild about the 2020 Walbridge fire in Northern California . A professional voiceover actor,  her voiceover credits include The Godfather, The Sims and Monopoly video games, over 25 Leapfrog Toys and national commercials. Debórah holds a B.A. Cum Laude in Drama from SFSU,  is a certified Sound, Voice Music Healing practitioner from California  Institute of Integral Studies, and a certified Yoga instructor. She lives between San Francisco and Central Portugal, hosting transformation at Valada Viva international retreat center.
