Resonance Portugal - Cancellation Policy

A full payment is required to confirm your place at Resonance Portugal. Travel costs, including flights, are not included and remain the responsibility of each participant.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to hold a fair and transparent cancellation structure for all participants:

  • 100% refund for cancellations made on or before June 4, 2026

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between June 5 and July 15, 2026

  • 25% refund for cancellations made between July 16 and August 4, 2026

  • No refunds for cancellations made on or after August 5, 2026

All optional add-ons (including excursions, massage sessions, and other additional experiences) are fully refundable until August 25, 2026. After this date, add-ons become non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant upon written approval from the organizers.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including travel disruptions, illness, or personal emergencies.
