Aidaa Peerzada

At this moment in her career, Aidaa is balancing significant artistic momentum with personal caregiving responsibilities and financial challenges. The residency offers a meaningful opportunity for her to step away from daily demands, deepen her creative practice, and continue developing work that amplifies underrepresented voices and invites audiences into new ways of seeing the world.

We were especially moved by her intention to use this time not only to advance her plays, but also to reconnect with herself as an artist, explore movement and performance practices, and engage with the Resonance community through generosity, curiosity, and creative exchange. We are excited to see how this residency will affect both Aidaa's artistic journey and the community she serves.
