Joy Practice!

Make space for creative liberation. Reignite your imagination. Create new practices which focus on inner listening, self-trust and freedom from preconceived notions.

Creativity is always present and available, we just need to give it some space to breathe. In this interdisciplinary series, we’ll use sitting meditation, movement, free writing, nature attunement and The Viewpoints to expand our inner listening. We’ll employ partner witnessing and circle communication to reflect and connect in a decolonizing format. Different themes each week to guide and uplift your practice.

  • Meet the work where you are. All experience levels welcome.

  • Bring a notebook or writing device and dress comfortably.

  • Please note any accessibility issues you may have upon registering.
