Intern with Aviva!

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Aviva Arts collaborator! We offer both digital and in-person internships, lasting 1- 6 months, depending on our current projects. All Interns receive a paid stipend as well as housing and travel expense coverage as needed. The work we do is grounded in ensemble collaboration, and Intern Collaborators become an integral part of the company. We offer a wide range of learning opportunities in all aspects of theater production, and look forward to tailoring a program to best support your needs and goals.

    We are looking for curious, passionate people who are interested in learning a variety of skills and are also willing to contribute their ideas in an organization working towards greater liberation for all artists. We strongly encourage LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous and folks of color to apply.

    Interns are considered part of the company for the duration of their internship. Interns are integrated into all facets of production, training and day-to-day management of running a theater ensemble. We consider our interns a vital part of Aviva Art’s growth, and we look forward to maintaining those relationships.
