Every body has a Storybody. Use the Viewpoints as a portal to discover greater authenticity, performance presence and self-confidence. Through ensemble theater exercises, improvisational singing and composition tasks we’ll rewire neural pathways which bring us greater joy by staying present.

No experience necessary, all experience levels welcome and encouraged.
